I have some clients who have used http://www.issuu.com to create online wholesale catalogs. I believe you create your own PDF, then upload it to Issuu, so you can make a print version and a web version.

Hi Bridgett,

In Gmail, click “Settings” on the top right, then click the “Labs” tab. Look for “Canned Responses” and switch it to Enable.
