The festive Halloween wreath tutorial above was submitted by Elizabeth of To Be Charmed. This simple craft is easy enough to do with little ones for a holiday decorating activity. Using patterned paper, wooden Halloween charms, ribbon and glue, transform a store bought wreath into your own creation.
