One of my favorite books as a child was a treasury of illustrated stories by Beatrix Potter. I loved reading about Peter Rabbit, the Two Bad Mice, Jeremy Fisher and Squirrel Nutkin. Our house sat right on the edge of some woods, so these animals were both accessible and magical for me. Now that I live in the city, mice and squirrels have lost some of their allure, but I still like foxes and rabbits!

The woodland theme is very popular now and can make a lovely party. Use this free printable invitation as a starting point for your own woodland-themed event! (Click here for printing instructions.)

Print as many 5 x 7 invitations as you’d like. The file is formatted to print two cards per 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. You’ll need A7 envelopes, available at most office supply stores or online retailers like Amazon or Paper Source. Happy crafting!
